The goal

A turn
Each player throws three darts at the round target. Only the target scores; there is no penalty for missing.
Scoring
- Round 1 targets the 1, round 2 the 2, and so on to round 7.
- A dart at the target scores its value (single = target, double = 2x, triple = 3x).
- Land single + double + triple of the target in one turn and the game ends instantly — you win.
- Off-target darts score nothing; misses cost nothing.
Winning
Shanghai ends the game on the spot. Without one, the highest total after round 7 wins. Ties: best single turn; still tied, shared.
How to play it in the app
The pad offers only the round's number in three multipliers. The preview flags a SHANGHAI the moment single, double and triple are staged — confirm to win on the spot.
House rules
- Instant win counts regardless of dart order within the turn. Winnings count before the win.
